And since this is not a promo, edited video, I can say that the car looks pretty good, for a crossover, obviously.

The styling does nothing for me. He compares it to the Holden Trax (aka Chevrolet Trax/Tracker) and the Peugeot 2008. Though you won't get the Peugeot on your shores, on my shores I'd much prefer the Peugeot 2008 or the three for styling, etc...

Kinja'd!!!

Then again for that price in that segment I'd take the Nissan Qashqai home.

The Mazda looks more sporty than the Peugeot, and isn't the Juke, Nissan's offering in that segment?

True the Nissan Juke would be it's equivalent in the segment for size and price so I guess it would be the Peugeot for me after all. :)

I'm not sure whether the Mazda looks 'sporty' or just very busy with all those lines, curves and dips. The Peugeot looks styled yet understated.

Serious question, why buy this over a Mazda3 hatch? AWD? Style?

smaller than a Mazda 3 hatch = dumb

I guess if you really need more ground clearance and AWD, but how many really need it?

Also bummed there's no manual to be had.

Oh well - still hope they sell a bunch regardless to fund Mazdaspeed models of the rest of the line.
